Service Animals

Service Animals

No accommodation or affiliation with the Center for Accessible Resources (CAR) is required for the use of a Service Animal.

Lane Community College (LCC) has established procedures regarding the use of Service Animals by students and community members with disabilities. Those wishing to use a Service Animal in order to access college services or participate in activities outside of the classroom on any LCC campus or center are permitted to do so only in accordance with the College procedures.

For helpful information on the use of service animals and their role in the school environment, please visit this guide on service animals.

Questions or concerns? Students should immediately contact their CAR primary advisor. If needed, visit CAR's Grievances page for information on informal and formal complaint processes.
