Solar Electric:  The college has approximately 43 kW of solar electric installations on main campus.

PV at Building 243.6 kW of pole mounted photovoltaic panels have been installed to the east of Building 24.
Solar stationA 36 kW solar station in the west parking lot that powers eleven electric vehicle charging stations with excess power feeding into Lane's electric grid.
PV on Building 163 kW of photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roof of Building 16.
PV for fountain motorSeveral other small solar electric installations power individual systems such as gate motors and emergency telephones.

Building 30 solar thermalSolar Thermal: A multiple building solar thermal installation on Building 30 provides domestic hot water for Building 5 (which includes PE showers), Building 7 (which includes a commercial laundry), and Building 30.  Excess hot water circulates into the heating water for the campus.

Geothermal piping at Building 61Geothermal: Geothermal systems are used to heat and cool Buildings 24, 25, 26, 27 and 61.
Wind farm on Columbia GorgePurchased Resources: Approximately 10% of the electricity purchased for Lane's Eugene campuses is Greenpower and 25% of the electricity purchased for the Cottage Grove campus is Greenpower.
