Life as a college student can be overwhelming. Managing new demands and challenges can be stressful when you're learning college systems, raising a family, or trying to pursue a new career. Fortunately, the Counseling Department offers short-term personal counseling to credit students experiencing issues interfering with student success.
No Cash Clothing Stash

The No Cash Clothing Stash is a non-profit, free thrift store for current, registered students of Lane Community College. We accept clothing and shoes for all ages. Students are allowed to take out up to five items per day, depending on current inventory. Donations are tax deductible.

Make sure you check by calling the food pantry to confirm that they still are in operation and the hours as the hours have not changed. Many of these shelters now have waiting lists. Please call before going to them. Many waiting lists are very long. Shelters and service also go out of business. Always call ahead to confirm that this location is still active.

Station 7 Program
Emergency shelter for runaway and homeless youth ages, 11-17, family reconciliation, and 24-hour crisis hotline. Call (541) 689-3111.
Rural Program
Emergency shelter and support services for youth in crisis assisting with food, clothing, counseling and referrals. The program operates out of Cottage Grove and serves the outlying area. Call (541) 767-3823.
Saint Vincent De Paul Interfaith Night Shelter
The Interfaith Night Shelter is a consortium of more than 30 faith communities offering night shelter, food, recreational activities, and comfort to as many as 10 families per night, throughout the school year.
