Flu shot walk in clinics

October 11 and October 19
8:30-4 PM

In order to speed up our check in process please print and complete the new patient forms if you have not been seen at the Health Clinic since January 2016.
New Patient Forms for Walk in Clinics

No appointment needed. Flu shots are $20. We can bill your insurance if you have OHP (please bring yoru insurance card along), or give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.

Walk in clinic is for people with no symptoms only. If you have symptoms please make and appointment.


Zika Virus Information


The Lane Health Clinic provides a broad range of health care services available to Lane students and employees alike. We offer services including treatment for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions. Appointments are preferred; Drop-in visits are accommodated when possible although we cannot guarantee same-day service for walk-ins. We provide information and referrals to community resources. All services are confidential.

Health Clinic Staff: Our staff includes Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Administrative Specialist, Schedulers, Administrative Medical Assistants, Medical Office Assistants, and a Registered Nurse.

Mission

The mission of the LCC Health Clinic is to provide accessible, quality health care to the students and employees of Lane Community College. Its goal is to maximize LCC community health and enable students to remain in school. The Health Clinic staff works in a collaborative partnership with the students and employees, with respect for diverse beliefs and needs, toward informed decisions about disease prevention and management of health conditions. The clinic provides education to individuals and groups to enable them to be better consumers of health care and stewards of their own health.
