Professional and organizational development (POD) curriculum provides a well-rounded staff development approach. Explore our site and choose an area or areas where you would like to enhance your effectiveness and we can connect you to resources to accomplish that goal. This eight-month program helps grow and enhance professional leadership skills for those interested and committed to making a positive difference and influencing change in the workplace.

Convening of the State is a one-day event dedicated to the presentation and discussion of a guided pathways model leading to increased student retention and success in community colleges led by Davis Jenkins a senior research associate at the Community College Research Center, Columbia University.
