Lane Dance Company

The Lane Dance Company is a student company directed by lead faculty Bonnie Simoa, and is dedicated to the creation and performance of contemporary dance. The company performs new and repertory work by faculty and guest artists. The concerts are performed in the beautiful Ragozzino Performance Hall,  and are supported by our talented costume, lighting and stage designers Mari Dewitt and James McConkey respectively. Through dancing in the company, the students develop themselves as performing artists and also develop a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a supportive work ethic. Dedicated and talented students may audition for the Lane Dance Company fall term. Rehearsal commitments involve four to six hours of weekly rehearsals. The Lane Dance Company attends the American College Dance Festival.
