Information for Faculty

The links below provide a number of resources for faculty: our approved course outcomes that should be included on all syllabi; longer, more detailed course descriptions that include possible assignments; the official catalog descriptions of our courses; the current schedule of classes; information to assist students interested in transferring to 4-year schools around the state; and our approved syllabus template.

Approved Course Outcomes- Outcomes are a concise list of objectives for a course. In other words, course outcomes are statements of what students should know and be able to do by the end of the term. A longer, more general overview of each course, including the types of assignments used, is available through course outlines.

Course Outlines - Course outlines are the state-approved descriptions of courses and include specific objectives and types of assignments used to assess student learning.
