Come and enjoy Eugene's premier culinary competition featuring some of Eugene's finest chefs. Experience the action for yourself as the chefs race the clock and each other to create a masterpiece for our 5-judge panel of experts.

Each chef will have an identical kitchen, tools and pantry featuring Oregon grown and raised specialties. The chefs will have only sixty minutes to plan, prepare and plate a delectable entrée for our judges.

As an added surprise, the chefs will have a secret ingredient that will be unveiled at the start of the each heat, which must be used in preparing the dish.
