Step 2: New students need to attend an orientation. Your test scores help us place you in the class where you can best build your skills.
Note: Returning students need to register and reserve a spot in class.

We offer classes in many locations. Choose the location that best matches your goals and schedule.
Which classes are for you?
Fundamentals classes are for adult learners who need to learn or re-learn basic reading, writing and math skills to meet educational or employment goals.
Reading/Writing Fundamentals and Math I and II courses are offered on Main Campus and at the Downtown Campus. In addition to targeted skill building, Fundamentals course provide background knowledge in social studies and science to help prepare students to earn their GED.
Reading and Writing for English Language Learners classes provide instruction in reading and writing for non-native English speakers, offered at Downtown Campus.
Student Fees: ABSE/GED students who take classes at the Main Campus and Downtown Campus will be charged the LCC Transportation fee of $27. This will allow students at these 2 locations to obtain a LTD Bus Pass. All other ABSE/GED sites are offered at no cost to students and these students are not eligible for the LTD bus pass through Lane CC.
