Tools for Success
Communicate with instructors
Sitting down with your instructor and asking questions to clarify expectations that you are not clear on will help you succeed in that class. Besides success, you are also communicating to the instructor that you are committed to learn.
The greatest number of instructors are interested in your success. They want you to pass and often have time set aside each week for students to come to them for assistance. Take control of your future and go to the instructor's office.

Set your goals
Setting goals is a very important step in college success.
What grade in a course that you are enrolled to take is a common short term goal. If you have three courses, then you would then have three short term goals to list.
- Goal 1: Intro to Python achieve an A
- Goal 2: Writing 95 achieve a B
- Goal 3: Advanced Network Administration achieve an A
Once the goals are identified then you can move forward to scheduling your study times for each course to succeed.
