• Please complete the midterm Midterm Progress Report check-in form, talk to your instructors and fill in their comments. Turn the form into the front desk at TRiO STEM.

Exit Interview

• Complete the Exit Interview Exit Interview form if you are in your last term. Call the front desk (541) 463-3138 and schedule an appointment with the TRiO STEM Advisor or email us at triostemadmin@lanecc.edu
