Course Equivalency Form

Please fill out this form and make sure that you have followed all the necessary steps and have all the necessary information/paperwork with you before submitting this form and sending hard copies of required documents to the Language, Literature, & Communication Division office located in CEN 457.

You will need to provide an unofficial* copy of your transcript, and a course syllabus or very detailed course description from the catalog year of your transcript to the LLC Division office. Your transcript MUST have your name on it. You can attach pdfs and email them to WritingEquivalencies@lanecc.edu. Make sure that any email correspondence includes your full name and L#.

*The English department can release students to enroll in classes with an unofficial transcript; however, you will need to submit an official transcript to Enrollment Services as part of your transcipt evaluation. Your official transcript will be evaluated the term in which you are completing your program.
