The Renaissance Room
Enjoy a fine dining experience for lunch in the student-run restaurant. We are located inside the Center Building and we are open during fall, winter, and spring terms.
Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program Curriculum in the Renaissance Room
The Renaissance Room offers valuable restaurant experience for second-year culinary arts & hospitality management students in a real-time laboratory setting. The three terms are divided into focused areas of Advanced Cooking Theories including Garde Manger (the art of the cold kitchen), International Cuisine & Regional American Cuisines.
The Renaissance Room menu changes regularly to feature the regions & focus of study. We offer local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine whenever possible. Lunch is $10.00 and includes a choice of soup or salad, entree, and a dessert sampler. Beverages are $2.00.
