Building 10
Project Status - Construction Complete
Scope:
The project consists of remodeling Building 10 and the adjacent Breezeway. Selected remodeling of Campus Building 11 and associated site and outdoor improvements. Building 10 will have two floors of classrooms/studios/offices for the Art and RTEC departments. The Breezeway will be converted to the new Recycling Center, and will be an open screened space with a storage mezzanine and a few enclosed conditioned spaces - some amount of radiant or unit heating will be included for the open recycling area. It is estimated that the total floor area of new and remodeled interior spaces is approximately 64,000 square feet.
