To be considered by our jury, you must complete the following:

1. Fill out the application provided below.
2. Provide a CD with 5 digital images of your work. Please save all digital images in JPEG format, 300 dpi. Label each image with your name, title of the piece, medium, and size. (Indicate the top.)
3. Provide a comprehensive resume and artist's statement.
4. Enclose $15 entry fee. Please make checks out to LCC Art Gallery.
5. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, with sufficient postage and of adequate size, for the return of your submission.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
