Comments from Fall 2014 in EL 115H

"Effective Learning for Health Occupations has been a very valuable class for me and I am grateful for all the tools I have learned this term. I am a mature student returning to college after sixteen years. Many things in this course have refreshed my memory and given me new confidence in my ability to succeed... the stress management and positive thinking themes that have been recurring in the this term are some of the most useful tools that I will walk away with."

-- Christina, seeking dental hygiene degree

"This class taught me how to learn, study and manage varied tasks. The effectiveness of this class is tremendous. Without even noticing, I was applying techniques from the course into other much harder courses. The biggest thing I took from EL115H is time management. I encourage more health occupations students to take this course."

-- Jennifer, CNA student
