Recruiting and retaining women in CTE programs of study

LCC Career and Technical Educators (CTE), CTE supporting faculty and staff were invited to attend a free training. Day 1 was focused on recruiting women CTE students, while day 2 addressed how to retain these students once they are in a program. Anyone who completed this training received six post-training conference phone meetings, for ongoing support of the action plans participants develop during the training.
