Food Services
LCC's Food Services Department works in conjunction with Specialized Support Services to provide employment training in the cafeteria and kitchen at the main campus. Student-Workers are trained with a focus on the cleaning and maintenance duties of a large-scale Food Service operation.
Training also focuses on current recycling and composting practices, keeping in focus Lane's commitment to sustainability A rotating crew of 14 Student Workers and several staff clean all of the dishes created each day, bus and clean tables in the dining areas, restock utensils and condiments, and many other jobs.
