Service Learning Agreement

A Service Learning Agreement is available for use in all Service Learning classes. If you plan to integrate service learning in your courses, please contact the Coordinator at (541) 463-3658 to receive a packet of Agreements at the beginning of the term and send all completed Agreements to the Service Learning office at the end of each term.
