Pies, Quick Breads, and Truffles
Eugene, OR. Nov. 20, 2014 – Due to a successful bake sale last year, the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Club is pleased to announce this year's Thanksgiving Bake Sale! The specialty item this year, that can't be found at any local grocery store, is the Dutch Apple Pie with a Cinnamon Roll Crust! This unique flavorful pie will be an undeniable treat for your family and friends at your Thanksgiving Dinner.
Besides the Dutch Apple Pie with a Cinnamon Roll Crust, the club will offer other classic pies like: Mixed Berry and Pumpkin. The club will also be making Cranberry Orange and Chocolate Zucchini breads. Our other specialty items are the Pumpkin and Pecan Truffles!

ALL baked goods are prepared by the Culinary Students and ALL proceeds will be returned to the club to help support educational development and activities.
For pre-paid orders contact Dawn Rupp by email or you may purchase pastries at the CAHM Bake Sale booth that will be located in the Cafeteria (Center Building).
