New Indianpreneurship® Program Begins Feb. 13, at LCC

EUGENE, Ore. — Lane Community College Small Business Development Center (Lane SBDC) is excited to announce the start of our new Indianprenuership® Program. The nine-month program will start Thursday, February 13, from 6-9 pm, in the Longhouse (Building 31), on the LCC main campus, 4000 E. 30th Avenue in Eugene.

The Indianprenuership® Program offers assistance to Native and Non-Native Americans who would like to start a business or grow an existing one. The curriculum is unique, inspired and written by Native American business owners, instructors and small-business experts. It guides participants along the small business ownership path, using stories with Native Americans as role models. The Indianprenuership® Program is adept at meeting the unique learning styles of participants. A main goal is to create a safe, interactive and non-critical environment that encourages self-reflection, learning and appropriate action. Individuals will learn through classroom/webinar instruction and receive help through one-on-one advising with Marcy Middleton, the instructor/advisor.

The Lane SBDC office is located at the LCC downtown campus, across from the Eugene Public Library, at 101 W. 10th Avenue, Suite 304, Eugene, OR 97401. For more information, contact the Lane SBDC at (541) 463-6200
