Lane SBDC hosts open door event, Sept. 24 at LCC

EUGENE, OR - The Lane Community College Small Business Development Center (Lane SBDC) is hosting an open door event on Tuesday, September 24, from noon-7 p.m. at 101 West 10th Avenue, Suite 304, in Eugene. The public is invited. Come and sample refreshments, meet advisors and see the new office, at the Lane Community College Downtown Campus.

The open door event will kick off a range of new, and newly revised, programs and classes at the Small Business Development Center. Award-winning Instructor/Coach Gary Smith, of the Small Business Management program, will be available to meet one-on-one with those interested in his program. Also, program instructors will be on hand from: New Product Development, Latino/Hispanic Outreach, and Nonprofit Management Institute.

The Small Business Development Center is excited about new fall classes, which include selling on eBay, social media, business negotiations, and exploring the small farm dream. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the center's experienced business advisors and then schedule free, confidential, and personalized advising sessions.
