EUGENE, OR - Lane Community College will hold its 23nd Annual Job Fair on held Wednesday, April 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Center for Meeting and Learning, Building 19, main campus, 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene.
This is a free event open to the public. Career and Employment Advisor Tina Hunter recommends that people come dressed as if they would for a job interview and bring their resume, to "find your road to opportunity." Participants can enter to win door prizes, including free tuition for a three-credit class at Lane and lunch for two at the Renaissance Room.
The goal of the fair is to bring together employers and job seekers from the college and the community. This year's fair is sponsored by Career and Employment Services at Lane, Eugene Area Radio Stations (EARS) and APIC-Southern Willamette Valley Chapter (Association for Operations Management).
