The project team consists of members from six departments at Lane plus an outside vendor
Research of existing managed print solutions used by local colleges/universities, then selection of tool and vendor
Process, Procedures, and Policy development for managed print
Marketing and information gathering/sharing with all constituent groups
Provides expanded options for printing for the entire college community
Applies printing costs where they are incurred
Saves overall printing costs for the campus through centralized services
Implementation for employees during FastLANE deployment
Implementation for students planned for Fall term 2015

PCI Compliance
This project benefits the entire college community.
The project team consists of staff from two departments.
This project is to ensure that all Lane locations that handle debit and credit cards are PCI Compliant for the protection of Lane and Lane consumers.
To achieve the goals of this project, all locations accepting credit/debit card payments must be identified, their processes/hardware/software evaluated to ensure PCI compliance, replacement hardware/software purchased and installed where needed, scheduling and completion of a PCI compliance audit, and reporting of compliance.
