This project involves research and process, policy, and procedure decisions and development to implement Gmail and Google Apps access for students at Lane
Lane students will have an email account, managed through Google, that ends with lanecc.edu, providing them with access to discounted purchase options at several vendor locations (both online and in stores)
Provides improved communications between Lane and her students through a verifiable email address
Provides students and faculty with the ability to utilize google apps and docs to access and share assignments, collaborate on group projects and more
Provides Lane employees with shared tools to improve meeting collaboration and group project work

Technology Request Form
This project benefits all Lane employees: specifically all employees who are hired, change location, transfer from one department to another, or leave the college. It specifically benefits those that request technical services for these employees.
The project team consists primarily of IT staff
Provides a single form to complete for new employees, moving/transferring employees, or exiting employees.
Provides the ability to handle all technology requests for these employees in a single form, including (but not limited to): phone services, computer hardware and software, printing access, Banner access, and email.
This project involves research, development of drupal form, testing, and implementation.
