The project team consists primarily of IT staff
This project provides a full series of video trainings to learn the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) method of project management.
Completion of the project will include examinations to verify competency and a Lane certification of training completion.
This project involves development of powerpoint presentations that accurately reflect PMBOK methodologies, creation of screencasts, development of exams and exam processes, certificate development, testing and implementation.

Provides a tried and true set of applications, templates, and forms for project leaders and team members
The goal of this project is to provide easy access to a variety of project management applications, templates, and tools to streamline project processes and enhance the project leadership and participation experience.
This project involves research, testing, collection of materials, and development of easily accessible means for provision of these tools to project leaders and participants.
