Faculty Connections is an institutionalized, faculty-led orientation and mentorship program. We strive to welcome and integrate new faculty into Lane Community College.

Faculty Connections begins with a fall kick off seminar in September just prior to Inservice, followed by a pairing of experienced faculty mentors with newer faculty mentees. Roundtable workshops and meals are shared throughout the year, creating a culture of support and interdependence. A moodle shell is available for the participants to share information, access documents and practice using the learning platform.
