The Downtown Campus Building advances the overall mission of Lane Community College, which is to be a learning-centered community college that provides affordable, accessible, high-quality, lifelong educational opportunities. The downtown campus allows Lane to increase the number of students served downtown while also creating facilities to better serve the business community.

Housing and TitanStore/Market

Titan Court
Student housing in the heart of Downtown Eugene, Titan Court is a truly unique living experience. In a city with a walkability score of 97, Titan Court is only blocks from an organic grocery store, boutiques, restaurants and food carts as well as coffee shops and entertainment options, you will be at the center of it all! This amazing living experience is only 2 miles to the University of Oregon (UO) and Northwest Christian University (NCU) Campuses and just 5 miles from Lane Community College's Main Campus. TitanStore & Market
The Titan Store & Market has been created to serve the needs of the downtown Lane Community College faculty, students, and staff. It is a mini college bookstore and carries course materials, school supplies, LCC spirit items, and technology products as well as being a full service convenience store with a wide variety of food, beverage, and sundry items. ABSE students

Adult Basic & Secondary Education
Adult Basic and Secondary Education offers instruction in basic skills for adult learners with goals to prepare for the college placement tests, the GED Tests, or to meet work, education, or personal goals. ABSE offers instruction in mathematics, writing, and reading improvement. Center for Meeting and Learning (Center)
Offering new downtown meeting and event space with the same great food and service you receive at the Center's Main Campus location. The Center at Downtown Campus accommodates groups of 10-250 with three small event spaces that combine into one large with two adjacent outdoor plazas. Continuing Education
Continuing Education offers hundreds of opportunities for you to prepare for a new career, enhance your skills and pursue your passion! Train for a new, fast-track career in health occupations, real estate and property management or insurance. Hone your computer, writing or financial skills. Energy Management Program
The Energy Management Program as well as the Water Conservation Technician Program are 2-year technical degree programs that provide the students with the knowledge to analyze energy consumption and quantify energy efficiency measures and/or careers in the demand side water conservation as water efficiency technicians, coordinators, and specialists. Both degree Programs are located on the fourth floor of the Downtown Campus in new LEED Platinum Building! ESL student

English as a Second Language Department
The English as a Second Language Department provides English language instruction to a wide cross-section of Lane County residents from many language backgrounds. Classes focus on reading, writing, speaking, listening skill and also include technology instruction. Evening classes are held at Downtown Campus on Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 – 8:35 during summer, fall winter and spring terms. Call (541) 463-6190 (Downtown Campus) or visit the ESL Department office in Suite 203 on the second floor of the Downtown Campus. Call for office hours.
ESL classes are also held at Lane's Main Campus at 4000 E. 30th Ave with offices in Building 11, second floor. ESL students pay fees that includes a transportation fee which provides an LTD bus pass good for the term. Senior Companion Program
Sponsored locally by Lane Community College for almost 40 years, the federal Senior Companion Program provides a tax-free hourly stipend of $2.65 to low-income volunteers, age 55 or better who visit frail elders and disabled adults for 15+ hours per week. Companions serve through senior-oriented organizations in Lane County, which are responsible for all client selection. Pre-training and ongoing support is provided. Successful Aging Institute
The Successful Aging Institute provides lifelong learning opportunities for adults of all ages. Students explore new careers, including those related to work with older adults. They cultivate new skills in small and inviting learning communities and enjoy stimulating interactive courses in a variety of disciplines.
