- Prior experience in college-wide assessment practices, for example

- Attendance and participation in Lane conference and/or meetings on assessment or assessment-related projects (i.e., Core Outcomes, Comparing Modalities, Gen-Ed Plan, Gen-Ed Projects)
- Scoring Gen-Ed artifacts
Position Responsibilities, Part-Time Representative
GENERAL
- Serve on Assessment team, regularly attends scheduled meetings and work sessions
- Work with A-team on meetings and conferences for assessment projects and development
- Offer support to faculty for using rubrics to assess core learning outcomes
- Provide information, reports, data and support for yearly synthesis reports of Gen Ed assessment (possibly write or co-write reports; curriculum funding available)
- Funded for 40 hours per academic term
GEN ED FACULTY PROJECTS
- Attend Gen Ed project meetings and provide project support
RUBRIC DEVELOPMENT
- Participate in development Core Learning Outcomes in conjunction with A-team and faculty
ARTIFACTS
- Facilitate and participate in artifact scoring
